These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website pavloslocksmith.co.uk and the locksmith services provided by Pavlos Locksmith.

We provide locksmith services including:
Emergency lock opening, lock replacement & fitting, uPVC repairs, re-keying, smart lock advice, and burglary repair. 

- All prices are agreed before work begins.
- Quotes may vary if additional work is required on site, but this will always be discussed before proceeding.
- Call-out charges apply outside standard working hours (8am–12am).

- Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise.
- We accept cash, card, and contactless payments.
- A receipt can be issued upon request.

- All parts installed come with the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Pavlos Locksmith is fully insured for residential and commercial work.
- We are not liable for damage caused by existing faulty mechanisms or improper previous installations.

Please give at least 1 hour’s notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
If a locksmith has already been dispatched, a small call-out fee may apply. 

We aim to respond as quickly as possible; arrival times may vary depending on location and traffic.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
